Alright all
Given that Australian Crime Commission listed the 2012 David Evans/David Kenley/Calzada meeting for AOD investment in its Project Aperio report, and given that McDevitt oddly ‘waived through’ AOD for ASADA-related Prosecution, what are the odds out there, with the punters, that AOD is still under a form of Criminal Investigation?

The punter’s views will be interesting on this?

Whilst we’re on the issue of criminality, has anyone asked who actually physically couriered the final concoction allegedly used on the Essendon players, from Alavi’s South Yarra joint to the ‘off site injecting facilities’ up Essendon way?

Are there any CityLink TOLL Records or {insert relevant Courier Company records, that may or may not be linked to a certain AFL club} here. A lot of Courier Companies have GPS installed in their vehicles nowm they’d be a way to check their 2012 records I’d say.

It is not. It's finished. Done. As of now it only exists in your head.

Let it go man. Let it go.

dude it's a bit trolly to bump this thread

The question from Post 1 is legit, and worth asking, I don't see the issue with it. As cronos said, if you have an issue, send a PM to the Mods and see what they think.

Pray tell, what charges do you think should/would/could be filed?

I’m no Law Enforcement specialist, but am asking the question whether ASADA waived through prosecution on AOD on tactical grounds (i.e. to not stuff up any potential criminal investigation), is, I feel, a relevant question.

I find that the alleged “clinical trial on Essendon players using AOD, or a derivative of an AOD blend/mix” where AOD has been shown to be “not allowed for human use” may be worthy of potential criminality, especially when it appears that the club’s Board Members (or is that, Coterie Group) were trying to allegedly invest in said AOD.

Very, very dodgy, if you ask me. Not least that Worksafe is now busy looking into OHS Act Breaches, which sometimes lead to criminal charges being laid at Director level.

If you think he's trolling, click report and move on.

Thanks mate hopefully we can get rid of these trolls together

But the question is what charge? Struggling myself to think of one if they consented. Was there an injury? There could be is not good enough

Well it would be nice if anyone that has had experience in this field provided some sort of comment.
