Hey thanks for posting this but I could have done with it a few days ago.

The rain in Sydney has been insanely heavy. I could have used this useless wall of text to help block the flash flooding and leaking.

Just re-reading the Jan-April 2012 timeline - No wonder Echols coincidence meter has been blow off its scale.

Players were injected with peptide that Evans and Hird (Hird being a shareholder......?) were considering investing in, in fact AOD9604 was a specific issue in Reid's letter and Hird asked Corcoran to use his UN skills to overcome Doc Reids interference with the use of the peptide.

Do EFC supporters not understand why Hird should not have a job????

Perhaps the decision to invest did not go forward as more data was required, perhaps that their IP position was a little weak and needed strengthening by additional patents.........???

Now where could Calzada and Dank get that data? Danks record keeping was rubbish but that very record keeping that was of a sufficient standard to file a patent in Dec 2012..........

This area stinks more than any other aspect of this sordid affair, besides player health.

In the interests of continuous improvement:

The first entry needs correcting: Hird suffered the navicular fracture in 1999 (not 2000) and a specialist helped him recover, using a fairly new approach at the time (not Shane Charter LOL). There was a lot of press about it and the specialist was named and may have even been interviewed.

This is the first entry I read and there was so much correcting that needed to be done that I went no further. I see your major sources of information and if the first entry is any guide I think that fidelity is likely to be an issue.

Start again would be my recommendation, but with reliable sources and proper research.

It’s funny that those with the greater need for this to be shut down, are those who speak up first.

you started the thread mate

You've missed othe important details like the amount of sandwiches Bomber ate

need to be shut down?

lol, what do you think your thread is going to crack the case do you? :D

All you Ess supporters have been quite chatty of late and telling us to ‘move on’….. besides the fact that many in the media and AFL Head Office are trying to do the same.

Well, some of us aren’t ready to move on. This Clinical Trial (let’s face it, that’s what it was) stinks to high heaven, and we aren’t going to let it rest “for the sake of Essendon Footy Club”, who can go and jump, as far as I am concerned.

And to the person above who said “go back and research” well no, I didn’t mention Shane Charters name until the “2004 reference”, so I won’t go back. I don’t mind improvement tips, but being a smartalec about it, won’t help.

You have personal issues that you need to sort out.

Hird started having problems with stress fractures in his foot from 1997. 1999 is when it flared up again. I think it was Julian Feller who performed the op by inserting a screw and some sort of substance that helped the bone to heal.
