Tough to name at this early stage of the season and I am sure that we have members of clubs that could give a few names..
Clearly Mitch Farmer at Romsey and Jarrod Silvester at Riddell would have to be in there.. Each team would have several names they would throw up. Last years Bowen Medallist Shannon Green would have to be another.
Based on last year and my opinion only on the games that I witnessed, without anyone that might have already left for 2012, I would go with.

Obviously we all have bias towards players we see a lot but based on what i have seen over last few years
1. Nipper Wright (best player in comp when fit all class)
2. P robertson (can play anywhere)
3. B Gordon (ball magnet in ave team)
4. Davidson (gun FF but i reckon brother even better but always injured)
5. M Allen (just finds way to kick goals every week)
6. J Cuffe (versatile and still dangerous)
7. C Casson (experienced and very smart)
8. D Goodwin (tough as nails and underated)
9. M Robertson (has all the attributes except work ethic)
10. J Hardwick (rarely gets beaten playing def in young team
