Unblocking Numbers on iPhone and Samsung s5

The missus and I are having some phone issues at the moment in that I can't send (or she can't receive) messages from me.
However I can receive them from her.

I have an iPhone 6 and she has a Samsung s5. According to my phone when I text they send no dramas, however her phone is not receiving them.

Not sure if the issue lays with my phone or hers?

Anyone have any advice on how I can rectify this?
According to our carrier (Telstra) there is no number blocking at their end so it must be an issue with the handset settings.

Can others receive messages from you? Can she receive messages from others? It should be pretty straight forward to work out where the issue is. Also..... check your messaging settings, you might be able to enable a delivery report (you can on Android, not sure about iOS).

The S5 has a spam list folder

When in messages app, click options --> settings --> Spam filter --> Add to spam numbers. If your number is there they will be blocked
