You can only beat whats in front of you. Rory aint no litmus test either but Goldsteins record against him will stand

Does Jed Lamb get a game at some point or is he tradebait. He is too good for NEAFL as well
He certainly deserves a shot somewhere else, but who would be happy to pay the reportedly big contract that has one more year to run?

There's a thread on the main board about the quadruple double (10 kicks, 10 handballs, 10 marks and 10 tackles in a game) and the fact that its never been done in an afl game (since reliable records have been kept).

Steele has just achieved this rare feat, albeit at NEAFL level. I'm excited to see what he will bring to the big leagues.

Barrett now too.

Interesting that we had way more than double the amount of ball they did (460-198) but also laid more tackles (55-49)
Says a lot about our depth, but even more about how desperate the 2nds are to put their hand up. Also says a bit about how Brett Hand is handling a quite crucial role in the coaching team. He's been around these sort of roles for a while. Wonder what his future holds?

Sounds like a slaughter, would not have been fun for the swans and looked at the playing list and only a few more top ups on the sydney list than the giants but a difference in class on the field, Barrett needs a looking before the end of the season or his game may begin to stagnate
Good to see Lamb learning to kick straight
Might be a bit more of a challenge next week with a home game v Aspley

Happy he is out there playing! So long as he can build confidence in his body, I am quite happy to wait. So, he played forward the whole time he was on then?
As setup yep, spent a fair bit of time on the wing when the ball was in our backline, he did seem to grow ini confidence during the game which is hardly surprising. It's also hard to measure how well he went when the team was so dominant
