Markworth really stepped up today. Minchi was good with his stoppage work in the muck. Murds again had a good second half. Shenton made some mistakes but kept a very dangerous player in Mason Wood in reasonable check. Ross was good as usual at this level. Blacres starting getting some touch back in the last. Siposs had some good moments - not just the flashy stuff.

Saad was pivotal. The snap over his shoulder (almost over his head) was incredible in that traffic and at an important time.

Delaney was probably in our best. Lee had plenty of the ball but lost his opp a bit too much for my liking.

Hickey was ok (very good in the last) but I'm waiting him to start dominating some vfl games. Holmes worked hard, and had a great battle with his US counterpart (Wallace).

Looks like we lost Wright with that corky. Don't remember seeing him after half time. Great win considering that and CJ getting big numbers but having a headless chook day (hasn't been having those this year). Simpkin was tough as ever but had more bloopers than he's probably had this year combined.
