Actually liked Spurr's game especially early as well and think Mayne did better then most think.

Strange contest. Cloke worked up the ground alot to get touches, but I can hardly remember a contest within 60m where he was involved. Looked like he was running away from McPharlin...

But really no tall forward had an impact.

3-Fyfe he lifts the team, when he went into the middle from forward the game changed. Should only rest in he forward line until he is 28. Absolute gun.
3- Hill smooth just keep taking the game on & don't care if he makes the odd mistake.
3- Mundy not enough love for him, tackles, clearances Fyfe & Mundy together are like the glimmer twins inseparable in partnership.
2- Walters, won us the game, leave him around the goals.
1- McPharlin shutdown job on Cloke, never gets beaten
1- Spurr same as McP his job on small dangerous forwards can always be relied on, no different yesterday.
1- Clancee P, always good clean user & solid defender.
1- Neale, clearence machine

Unlucky, Barlow got start better & Sandi just wish he would tap the ball more up sometimes but both very solid contributions.
