Cunnington leading our midfield so superbly on the night of the biggest game of the year was the most solid positive a North fan could walk away with from the 71 point drubbing. We've known he's good for a while now, he's starting to realise how capable he is and it won't be long until the rest of the footy world wake up to the fact of his imminent greatness. Cunners cracked in hard and gave his fellow mids every opportunity but as most of the midfield were outworked and outclassed by their direct opponents Ben's only real stats of note are seven clearances and fourteen contested possessions, second only to Josh Kennedy in those categories.

A comprehensive victory there to Cunners, with JZ second, similar to our smashing at Subiaco a couple of years ago. Both boys love finals and smash in regardless of how badly our strides are being pulled down. Thanks Heaps!
