I have no doubt that there was and still is an undercurrent of unwillingness by a lot of people high up in Australia that simply didn't and still do not want an AFL team punished. Never underestimate the power of the almighty dollar on individuals who stand to lose a lot in an issue. It wouldn't surprise me if over time accusations of corruption taking place during the investigation surfaced. Smells entirely fishy. WADA are a powerful organisation who can smell through the BS and no doubt will smash some heads. All I can say is if you poke the bear don't be surprised if it bites you!
