Round Seven was a fairly tough round for most with one correct tip pretty common for most tipsters. swannies and samFFC stood out from the pack though and tipped three winners for the round while hansie and freofan_mundy got two. Freofan_mundy also got the margin after being one of the few who tipped Swan Districts.

Altogether freofan_mundy still leads on 20 points with swannies now up to second on 19. SamFFC and thorne89 are tied for third another point back. Still a long way to go though, it's still anyone's game from here.



Round Eight Fixtures

West Perth vs East Perth at HBF Arena (Saturday, 2:15pm)
Peel Thunder vs Subiaco at Bendigo Bank Stadium (Saturday, 2:15pm)
Claremont vs Swan Districts at Sounness Park, Mount Barker (Saturday, 2:15pm)
East Fremantle vs Perth at ATOM Stadium (Sunday 11:40am, margin)

Some good games in Round Eight with a top of the table clash between Peel Thunder and Subiaco while West Perth host East Perth in the Perth derby. Claremont also play a home game in Mount Barker against Swan Districts down at Sounness Park. After no game on TV last week, the TV game is back with East Fremantle taking on Perth on Sunday, with an early start of 11:40am. That will lead into the AFL telecast later in the day.

A somewhat tricky round with each tipster getting two or three correct. West Perth played major spoiler for tipsters once more this week coming from nowhere again at home to snatch victory. Quite a few tippers got three this week but masai got the margin and his margin of 23 points was only one point off the actual margin of 24.

freofan_mundy remains the outright leader on 22 points whilst it's a threeway tie for second with samFFC, swannies and thorne89 all on 21. andana rounds out the top five on 20 points.

Round Nine is looking good with four pretty good games to be played. West Perth have another home game this time against East Fremantle, South Fremantle host Peel Thunder while Claremont take on East Perth at Claremont Showgrounds. The TV game this week sees Subiaco play Swan Districts down at Medibank Stadium in what will be Swans' first TV game for the season.

Saturday looks as if it is going to be quite wet with heavy showers at times forecast for the time being so we could be seeing some good old fashioned wet weather footy on the weekend. Happy tipping!!
