I don't consider 20 degrees cold, but I do consider 15 cold. I have windows open all year round which includes my bedroom window. We have a lovely 21 degrees today with light winds. Perfect.

Nope , coldest night ever in Hobart was -2.8 (thought it may have been colder) whereas Canberra was -10

Good idea. I don't really dress appropriately for winter which is why I complain a lot. I don't even own a good coat.
