Looking at starting some weights as I'm getting to that age bracket where muscle mass and bone tissue will start declining soon. I'm not looking to become Mr Olympia, but wanting to put on 5-10kgs as quickly as possible. I'm interested in hearing about people's experiences advice about how to go about it. Training theories, diet, supplements (even some of the risque ones) and anything else related.
