Yeah he broke the record so he must have come first. I'm not sure if the whole squad ran the 2km on Monday, as many of them had already run one a few weeks ago.

Great start for the kid.

From his interview he sounded very grateful to the Eagles in picking him, he was starting to worry. Also said he wants to prove people wrong for passing on him earlier. Sounds like he really trains hard and does a lot right (diet / recovery) and is seeing the rewards. More than handy around goals and runs all day so could get a look in the small forward role if opportunities and form come together.
