White to Pies a done deal
Sydney Swans big man Jesse White will get his wish of a trade to Collingwood, after the clubs agreed to a three-way trade that also involves West Coast, reports Fairfax Media.
The report says the trade could be made official as early as Monday, with the Magpies to receive White and pick six in the NAB AFL Draft, the Eagles picks 11 and 31, and the Swans pick 44.
White, who has played 71 games for the Swans and booted 73 goals, will join Collingwood on a three-year deal.
The Eagles are expected to offer pick 31 to the Brisbane Lions for West Australian Elliot Yeo.

Finally a Trade involving Collingwood and Not a Bad Trade with Also moving up to Pick 6 makes White almost Steak Knived in Trade.

Play him as a permanent forward not this stupid Leigh Brown role

I'm with you here, White actually has talent, unlike Brown or Lynch who were/are "battlers" really.

I'd like to see Witts and Lynch played in the secondary ruck role with White and Cloke deep inside 50 together, it's where White can help us the most.

Which in turn classes up the backline with Reidy down back.

Here's some basic information on White:
Age: 25yr 9mth Games: 71 Born: January 9, 1988
Height: 196cm Weight: 102kg Position: Forward
Last Drafted: Round 5, Pick #79 2006 National Draft
Last Drafted By: Sydney Swans
Supercoach Price: $324,300 Supercoach Profile
Dream Team Price: $283,700 Dream Team Profile
He definitely looks like he'll rise in value as well. From looking at his statistics I can see that his 2013 season was one of his best, if not the best season he's had in terms of finding the ball and hitting the scoreboard.

He played 15 games in 2013 including the three finals appearances for Sydney racking up 16, 20 and 20 disposals in each respective final, the highest disposal counts he has had for the entire season. This shows that he can readily find the ball in high pressure, high intensity finals matches. I'm not going to compare him to Reid but it seems White had a much better finals showout than Reid and next year in the finals (hoping we make them!) White has already shown that he is trustworthy playing up forward, showing composure and finding the ball when required.

He played every game from round 13 to the preliminary final except round 15 and before round 13 he only played in rounds 11 and 7, showing that he has hit form in the latter half of the 2013 season and showing great promise into the 2014 season.

His best game was against Richmond late in the season kicked 4 and was influential around the game if you guys wanna see what he can do.

Good luck to the big fella will have more of a keen interest in Pie games in 2014.

Always good to follow players from your club that haven't left on bad terms.

Genuinely excited about seeing him at the pies!

3rd or 4th for White depending on the washup from other trades and movements and depending on what picks the Pies end up with. As I understand it the Pies will give best available.

That wouldn't get the deal done so we would just move on. There is no point trying to force the deal through ND or PSD, other clubs can easily trump us. His choice of club means little then. The Bulldogs would be all over it. He is not a good enough player to make it worth putting a huge price on him to outbid others & scare them off.

Okey dokey. I guess we'll see next week ;)

Didn't take long at all did it :)
