The Doctors are amazed he managed a possession and came back on when other men would have been stretchered and placed straight in the ambulance

After his goal-kicking heroics two weeks ago, Abbott found misfortune against Box Hill, exiting the ground early in the game with an ankle injury. He returned in the final term but was unable to impact the final stages of the game.
