Actually my favourite song from them, not West End Girls. Neil Tennant is a smart singer - I mean technically he's nothing special, but he knows his limits and never sounds ridiculous. He also doesn't try too hard to sound robotic, unlike some other vocalists in the genre. Chris Lowe also slips in some neat synth and piano hooks.
Have been listening to the Gov't Mule collection over the last couple days, some good stuff in there, mix of country blues/rock, bit of reggae at times, sound like they are good live, would like to see. A couple of members were with the Allman Brothers Drugs Are Bad Mackay?.
