Analysis of commercial risk through contracts with vendors, commercial advice of a legal nature to contracts people on indemnity and IP risk, etc. Bearing in mind I'm not qualified to practice yet so this is the best experience I can get.

So are you actually working for money?

Yes, do 2 jobs, one is my usual role M-F, and I do some a/hours legal work (mainly research and providing some advice) for a connection of mine who has a practice.

Are you studying any courses?

Do you deal with those houses that are surrounded in years of growth with no maintenance?
Have tackled a few. I work with a contracting company at the moment so I mainly deal with tennis courts and renovations.

your post used a bunch of big words, without contributing anything.

seemed a pretty clear play to bignote yourself.

it's widely acknowledged accountants are trying to impose themselves in spaces traditionally occupied by lawyers. seems like we gotta watch out for the 'commercial specialists' now too.

Softare developer with an old school language. Govt project, but I contract to one of the big companies.
I don't mind the design and coding side, but we just do too much testing (mostly pointelss), duplicated doco and it seems like I spend half a day a week just recording my time.

I wouldn't mind being able to move into more of the functional and solution analyst side of things - even though I despise people. I like the bits where we take a concept and start nutting out how to do it within a fairly limited architecture.

Project Coordinator for a large IT company - thinking of going back to uni though and doing another bachelor degree (possibly in Information Systems).

Recently retired ....Woowho!
I should've done it when I left school...it rocks!!

Actually, I'm fast becoming my wife's "sexual adviser" given that we are now spending more time together.
What do I mean by that?"
Very simply; my wife told me that "When she wants my far king advice, she'll ask me for it.":)

That joke wasn't good enough to warrant a bump.
