PermaI'm almost at the point of Carlton and Hawthorn swapping positions.
I've worked in Hawks heartland for the past six years- 'nuff said. And Carlton are just too bad to evoke many feelings of genuine hatred right now.
Success breeds hatred. I'm not saying I don't hate them, because I do. But they're also just terrible and no threat to anyone whatsoever.Perma
No amount of ineptitude by Carlton will ever diminish my hatred of them.Success breeds hatred. I'm not saying I don't hate them, because I do. But they're also just terrible and no threat to anyone whatsoever.
Hawthorn are good, damned good, and I hate them for it. And the next time one of their supporters reminds me how good they've been since 1961...we don't mention the 1925-60 era now, do we Hawks?
It makes it less white hot for me. Come and talk to me when (hopefully never) they're good again, on the other hand...No amount of ineptitude by Carlton will ever diminish my hatred of them.
Classic best team in the last 50 years. Well delete whatever history you like but you did sfa in the first 30Success breeds hatred. I'm not saying I don't hate them, because I do. But they're also just terrible and no threat to anyone whatsoever.

It's worth remembering that, for all their success since 1961, they still possess a negative win/loss record.Classic best team in the last 50 years. Well delete whatever history you like but you did sfa in the first 30
Minnow club. If they had the past 10 years we've had they'd be close to folding. It's worth remembering that, for all their success since 1961, they still possess a negative win/loss record.
Took them until 1957 to even make the finals. Their 33rd season in the VFL.
nah, but smart business models... Tasmania... blah blahMinnow club. If they had the past 10 years we've had they'd be close to folding.
Not so sure about that. Tasmania was a master stroke and a pretty big insurance policy, effectively.Minnow club. If they had the past 10 years we've had they'd be close to folding.
