The fact Melbourne were ok and have now had one mroe year where they will get:
Top 3 pick
Jack Viney
Top 12 pick
Might mean they end up the most likely to win a flag.
Essendon's eventual W/L was skewed by their injury list, but that doesn't explain the complete lack of competitiveness with 4-5 of the better sides. If Essendon remain injury free, Richmond get their consistency up and North play like they did for the majority of the 2nd half of the year, next year will get very interesting.
Essendon won't win a flag for a while.
Their list is utter s**t.
Interesting...
In the dreamtime game (the one that mattered) our 'utter s**t' comprehensively out played the tiges for more 3 quarters before richmond even knew what hit them.
If essendon's list is utter s**t, then richmond's is utter s**t or worse, it's not hard to figure out.
Dude, the Dreamtime game would have been a win to us had we not shanked so many shots on goal. There was also some questionable decisions by the umpires that resulted in Essendon goals but I won't go into that. Have you already forgotten the second game? We destroyed you and should have won by 90 points.. You guys are lucky it was windy.
You need some seriously good pickups in the draft and in trading because everyone can see that your list is going nowhere in it's current state. I don't rate the Bombers at all. I'm sorry.
Essendon won't win a flag for a while.
Their list is utter s**t.
Only two sides have a player who's name starts with Z.
Of them, Zaharakis has more letters than Ziebell.
Hence, Zaharakis > Ziebell; and from that we can deduce Ess > North
I defy anyone to beat that.
Essendon won't win a flag for a while.
Their list is utter s**t.
North were gifted with a scenario that should have resulted in a dominant season and blew it.
Ess or Rich!
Take out our extra wins against GC/GWS and we still finish 1 and 2 games ahead of Essendon/Richmond. Just saying...North were gifted with a scenario that should have resulted in a dominant season and blew it.
Ess or Rich!
Richmond's list is pathetic. Essendon finished above them with a very long injury list. If Richmond had a similar run of injuries they would of finished bottom 4 for certain. Looking at their B&F I would say the future is quite bleak for the Tigers. It is an absolute indictment on the club if that's the best they can come up with after all those years of bottom feeding.
Where is the improvement going to come from? Cotchin and Martin are a given, but who else... Ellis? Conca? Vickery? Not exactly a long and compelling list is it. I like Morris but he is a poor mans Hibberd and hes not exactly young.
As for the Bombers - I rate these players and think they have a lot upside due to being young or having played under 50 games:
Zaharakis, Heppell, Hurley, Carlisle, Hibberd, Bellchambers, Crameri, Kavanagh, Daniher, Myers
I would much rather have Essendons list going forward. It's not even close.
North has a much brighter future than Essendon!
Your posting mirror's your avatar.
Richmond's list is pathetic.

Oh stop overrating your crap list! North's is simply better. I'd only have you ahead of Melbourne.
