As I'm honing in on my 40th birthday at an excruciatingly fast pace, I had all but given up on the concept of my dream of flying a hovercar in this lifetime.
I am buoyed by this development, although view handing the controls over to some nerd who's probably spending half his time flying drones and the other half playing Skyrim to be disconcerting at best.
Frankly, I want control. If I want a transport that gets me somewhere in no time at all, I can just fall asleep in an Uber.
