tbh, all mcginnity needs to do is clean up his basic skills, he's never gonna be a star but his aggression and will to try and win a ball is pretty high and can help in those tight games

If (and it's a big if) Paddy Mac can have a Shep-like improvement then he could be a real asset to the team. We don't have many players with his grunt and determination.

The latter two may have a shot. Poor Waterman has to be looking at 2017 now. Really hope he can recover and rejoin the squad and team up with his brother.
