I didn't realise, but the gold clash won't be coming in for 2016, regardless of the vote. (according to a tweet reply from Gary)

Has something changed?
I don't know how to embed Tweets properly, so I'll just quote...

"we said navy home away jumper the same and yellow clash isn't that correct?"

"vote is on navy wings v tri panel. Yellow clash could happen later"

Suggests that the Navy Wings + Peril are two seperate issues. As long as whatever decides the Peril is solved by early next year, we should see it in 2016

I suspect changing the clash would be a slightly easier issue, assuming the AFL accept yellow as a clash colour.

It has to be allowed, if they say no to it we can just do what Richmond do and put yellow side panels on the royal/navy.:drunk:

You can't say no to a jumper that clashes with no one and at the same time say yes to a jumper that is 90% the same as their home jumper and still doesn't fix several clashes.

But this is the AFL we're talking about...

I believe they mentioned they were seperate in the meeting, but he suggested the AFL could be alright with it because its going back to an old jumper. Wishful thinking or do others feel they said the same?
Now that you mention it, I do recall that.

Richmond could get away with an all black clash jumper if they wanted to.

Well, from a selfish point of view, hopefully the Richmond clash policy remains as is. In 2016 we would therefore get to see the Eagles in royal or gold wings at home!
