I am bound by a confidentiality agreement in regards to the most severe bullying I've witnessed.

I will say this, in my experience when there is a strong union presence bullying by management or HR of employees becomes practically non existent.

Ive found the opposite. Sorry to leave your side but after 2 years working in Melbourne I can safely say that the "us vs them" stems from the pro union crowd mostly and makes working conditions worse than a zero unions culture in my trade.

Bosses in Perth were great to deal with throughout my career.

Most of them are *******s here in Melbourne.
