You could do the Playmobile images on the team pages, but leave the current images for the season-by-season pages?

This way when you view the yearly kit for each year; 2014, 2015, etc. it is more "realistic" (as in, you can picture each matchup a little easier), however when viewing all kits for a given team, like you have above, it's presented a little more like a summary page. Given that these jumpers are rarely seen next to each other IRL, making this more cartoonish doesn't matter.

Personally I think it's a bit too cartoonish for a website such as yours.
Keep your presentations classy as they are, you don't want to become an Adelaide clash jumper do you Mero?

Mero, why not have a playmobil model in the current year guernsey/template on the side of the page (where you have team information like the description, premierships won etc)?

And then, on the homepage, you can have all 18 in a line at the bottom of the page. Just an idea
An envisioning of what I was saying (Mero, you need might want to update the Hawthorn premiership information btw)

The homepage (But with this years designs)

Brisbane, Fremantle, Port and Bulldogs have all adopted more traditional strips over the last few years. Compare it to, say, 2009, and 2015 is infinitely superior.

All we're waiting on now is for West Coast to adopt the wings, and perhaps GC adopting a more traditional strip, and then we have a perfect league.
