For novelty value, yes - Echuca's a good spot for a weekend getaway so there'd be plenty of other stuff to do there. I've had better parmas in Melbourne, but choosing from such a list is fun. And the barman told me that people do occasionally order those gross-sounding sweet parmas.

Yeah echuca is nice, used to go a fair bit as kids. Look forward to that menu at the Shamrock though!

Speaking of proscuitto I've just made myself a toasted wrap which had proscuitto, baby tomatoes and rocket for lunch. It was delicious that is my lunch for the week.

Hot tip on a chicken or meatlovers. Use enchilada sauce or even salsa instead of BBQ.
