AFLW Rd 3 – Indigenous rounds; local derbys

The full fixture for Round Three of the 2022 NAB AFLW Season Seven has been confirmed.

The huge weekend of AFLW will see the Queensland clash between the Brisbane Lions and the Gold Coast SUNS take place at The Gabba at 4.40pm AEST on Saturday September 10.

The state-based rivalry between Sydney and the GWS GIANTS will play out at the SCG on Saturday September 10 at 2.40pm AEST.

The Round Three AFLW fixture will also see Geelong Cats taking on Collingwood at GMHBA Stadium on Saturday September 10 at 4.10pm AEST.

Adelaide Crows v North Melbourne Tasmanian Kangaroos will be played at Wigan Oval on Saturday September 10 at 12.40pm AEST.

Round Three marks the beginning of the NAB AFLW Season Seven Indigenous Round, which will be celebrated across Round Three and Four.

The AFLW Indigenous Round acknowledges the significant contribution of Aboriginal and / or Torres Strait Islander peoples to Australian football and the broader community.

All eighteen AFLW clubs will wear specially designed Indigenous Round guernseys across Round Three and Four, each with a unique design and story signifying the rich culture of the Aboriginal and / or Torres Strait Islander Peoples around the nation.
