Both Phoenixes and Janus were the best ever Aussie TV shows followed by Blue Murder.

Interesting that all the Victorian TV reviewers have been made to sign a form guaranteeing they will never copy Underbelly and hand back the tapes on demand. Interstate reviewers were not required to do so, just like Blue Murder and NSW journos. Its still not 100% guaranteed that it will make it to air in Victoria because of (the prospect) of defamation action being taken.

Yeah looks like a winner. Certainly plenty of tops subject matter to work with.

Gotta say i would have preferred it to be made by the ABC tho, who have a history of doing crime drama right. Whereas Channel 9 have a history of making drama that smells like arse.

We can but hope. I'll be tuning in thats for sure.

Victorians might want to skip watching it on TV and download torrents of it. It's going to be watered down in Victoria for precautionary legal reasons:

No doubt the reason they never bothered putting the first episode up on their website for download. I was freaking looking forward to getting my hands on it.

What really shat me, no one had the jollies to stick any of the screeners up on torrents. I've heard they've been floating around.

I watched the news before and apperentley we will either get the full version or we wont get it at all. Looks like channel 9 doesn't want to edit it because it would probably stuff up the whole thing. So if the court says it doesn't like it no show at all and all this hype will be bullshit. Hopefully someone would be so kind as to leak it for us...
