Thats it, not sure how you can have 28 senior players in the first place, looks like there will be a few unhappy come Rd1 when you try to fit them into 21 plus the senior blokes who weren't at training!!

Handy pickup by Shepp Swans getting Nick Aloi - very handy acquasition.

Yeah nick aloi will fit nicely into the strong shepp swans midfield..would they start the season as favs for flag or seymour/mooroopna? how waould the market look if we were betting on it? swans $3 seymour $3.50 mooroopna $5

Word from over the other side of the Goulburn is that tatura and the x coach didnt part on amicable terms as reported, was sacked and looks like they may also lose their ruckman as well anyone heard this would be a hughe loss if so who would be their next ruck?

Speaking of betting...does anyone know of anyone who placed a bet with the guy from Darwin last year? Seymour had the lowest odds last time I saw it posted. Be interested to know if anyone actually placed a bet.

28 blokes that have played senior footy with Euroa or other teams over the last few years I was referring to. So yes, it did mean they had 28 senior blokes on the track.

Talking to one of your x team mates the other day Boss, Still in talks with 2 players and are very optermistic of getting them. He wouldn't give names, and is certainly not in the habbit of BS'g. Do you know anything?

So these players are senior players at Violet Town, Avenel, Longwood and Euroa.
How many are quality GV senior players?

Looks like the new Shepparton Coach has been well received!
Whats the go with GV clubs having a policy of rejecting clearances? Seems quite a few clubs fid it hard to treat players equal but when it comes to them leaving all of a sudden they are a required player. Would be interesting to know if the club had spoken to the player before rejecting the clearance.
Build a bridge and get over it!

I think you'll find any "night series" just a bunch of practice matches no matter how you dress them up. NAB Cup etc. included.

Just trying to find out whats going on TR.
Would like to know if the clubs are playing for anything more than just a run. If they are more than just a practice match I might make the drive across.

Dont bother going then, they will be practice matches under lights! No four points on offer.

Big apologies if this subject has already been covered, but heard a whisper up the GV at the weekend that old Eric might have left the league in a little bit of financial strife.
Can anyone fill me in on this.
Has it been covered in the Shepp News or on the local TV?

When are clubs playing "more than just a practice match" in these type of events? Even if there is some prize money on offer. As KK said, there's no points to be played for.

What exactly are you after? A three-ring circus? You wouldn't be able to help out with arranging one of those would you?

Heard on the grapevine that Mooroopna ruckman Jake Cowman has injured his back and is off work and might miss a fair bit of the season. Not good news for the Cats!

hope this isn't so toquick i think this is the piece missing from the cats jigsaw will have a big bearing on their outcome
