T.Gaspar is a good player, been injured but has been included in the best team in the comp in the Prelim Final - can't be all that bad can he...? Is also 197cm, mobile, a good mark and can play forward or back. We don't have someone like this. I'm not saying he is the answer but rather floating the idea of pinching him from the Weagles, he wouldn't cost us much I wouldn't think.
Polak we won't get unfortunately. Crow is ok but I would rather take a Wayde Mills or James Wall with a late pick.
From all reports Kennedy plays CHF and CHB both well. He's obviously talented, is tall, mobile and takes a good pack mark. Sounds like CHB might be a position he can play. With draftees it's hard to tell exactly where they will end up playing so I understand your concerns there.
Thornton was injured last year, hence the white bandage around his year - remember the WC GF?
Bryan, Hartlett and Setanta are "maybes" for CHB which is a bit of a concern like you pointed out. They have the size to cover the position which is why many believe they may develop but for the time being Thornton is our best CHB IMO.
Karl Norman I would rather though at CHB as he has more skill, reach, speed, is a thumping kick, is a better mark and has much more mungrel in him. All key attributes for a good CHB.
Problem solved Paddy!!! Paul Bower, CHB. Great pickup.
