Who do you most look forward to seeing hit their prime in a couple of years or so, Bryce Gibbs, Marc Murphy or Matthew Kreuzer?

Just an interesting poll to see who is our favourite overall and who we most look forward to seeing at their best.

My votes in order are:

Kreuzer
Gibbs
Murphy

This is a very tough selection I must say, the future is looking so very bright.

murphy's ability to follow the contest around all day.. big engine for a young bloke and has the ability to kick those harder goals. next judd?

Extremely hard to decide. All 3 will become elite. Gibbs is a once in a generation player though. Matty Kruezer is redefining the role of the modern day ruck - he is basically a midfielder who also contests hitouts. Murph is just a top-class midfielder, on his way to superstar status. :)

Kreuzer looks a decent chance to be the closest thing we'll see to another Kouta.

Outstanding tank, smarts and heart. Along with Judd, he's the guy i noticed on the weekend being involved at numerous times in the same forward movement. Looks like a possibility of developing into a guy capable of unstoppable, dominant performances, like the great man's 4th qtr in the 99 prelim or the game he played against the swans at PP which Roos said was the greatest individual game he'd seen from a player.

Murph and Gibbs will be super too, but Kreuzer's distinction is the rare combo of pretty much everything they've got with his added ability to peer into 4th storey windows.

Geez that was hard to choose, I chose Gibbs because he's from SA and I used to watch his old man play for Glenelg, he was a quality player too. Can't wait to see all 3 of them grab games by the throat and dominate. Long way to go, but things are looking up for our mighty club.

I just feel Gibbs has the ability to just be anything. You can see that there's just so much improvement left in him it isn't funny.

Murph is awesome but in years to pass i'd love to see what Gibbs becomes.

I love all three, and have no doubt that in the next 5 years they'll all have premiership medallions around their neck (playing for Carlton). Murph is my favourite amongst the bunch, but I reckon Gibbs is the one who has the most talent. Whether or not it's my bias shining through, but I honestly see him being one of the best players in the comp.

Just needs to learn how to read the play a little more I reckon.

I really love murphy and the way he has handled everything. Just his skills and poise have me.

At first i wasnt impressed with gibbs but he has started to show something. Everybody seems to be able to see something in him that i cant. What type of player will he be, the only resemblance i can think if is maybe a cam bruce type? Plz help

i think kreuzer and murphy are gonna be champs not sure about gibbs i think he might end up back in sa before too long.

As long as sticks stays with the club Gibbs wont go back to S.A. Sticks and Gibbs family are very close friends. Anyways didnt Gibbs family move over to Melbourne? Plus i think Gibbs will be better of the three....

Hmmm...I dont really go in for all this good, better, best malarky.

You've got three exciting young players, all filling different roles in the team. What is to be gained from comparing and rating them?

It's as simple as this. If all three of them play 200 games for Carlton, we will win a hell of a lot of games over the next 7-8 years...and that's what gets my loins a stirrin'.
