lol. adelaide are a team full of shit players. They're just coached really well, disciplined and work hard. If you lose a hard fought game against Adelaide fair enough. If you get belted by them you need some serious changes.

We have under performed the last two years. We should have notched 10 wins 2 years ago, 12 last year and 14 this year.

Mediocrity is easy to accept to losers.

Absolutely truest thing i've ever read on this board. Anyone who disagrees with this clearly doesnt have the killer mentality needed to succeed at elite sport. Clearly, TW and the coaching staff dont have it either. We desperately need a coach with some hardness who can instill that into the players. Weak, insipid performances like today are plain unacceptable by professional sportsmen.

TW's slogan = RFC slogan in last 20 years = near enough is good enough.

Well if ****ing aint good enough. And when we meet teams with heart, and toughness we are made their bitches. And i am sick of it.

dont think that Terry Wallace told them to go out and chase half hearted and not play with intensity. This is a players problem and they should be flogged during the week.

My boss doesn't have to tell me how to do my job everyday.

After a while it becomes automatic.

I can understand one or two players not palying to the game plan, but the whole team for four quarters?

If he can't get the message through, then time to go TW

Thing that annoyed me the most was not the fact that the team didn't seem to give a rats during the game but the picone action after it. All smiles with Mcleod, no offence to the bloke but **** Mcleod, you soft assholes just blew your finals chance.

If I was TW I would have gathered the team and told McGuane, Thursfield & Moore to step away from the other guys and then told the rest of the group to take their Richmond jumpers off because they didn't deserve to walk off the ground wearing them.

Why dont you waltz down to the club then brave heart... look them in the eyes and say that .

The difference between there best and worst is to vast, but to highlight these qualities..or lack of them in your view is pissweak. I see desire and heart & endeavor, just the lack of skill and polish to execute it when a superior side like Adelaide are to apply pressure .

You see it is attitudes like this that are the problem with this club, a pissweak effort is put up and people just accept it because we are a 'young' side. Time for that to stop and time for the heat to be applied to players and find out who really wants it. Enough of the bullshit, after 4 years of building we should be getting more than what was shown today when our season is on the line. Instead we gave up without a yelp.

But you think replacing 40 players with kids and we should be playing finals.
We will be, but it won't be for another year yet.
You still haven't explained how we were supposed to replace 40 duds with 40 champions in three years.

If like me you've had enough of inept, pissweak performances when the side has something to play for then feel free to vent in here.

I am sick and tired of how every year the same thing happens. Whenever there has been a chance to show something we have just given up without a yelp. Enough is enough. The powers that be down at Richmond need to let the players know that what they dished up today was unacceptable to those of us who have stuck by them for near on 30 years when many others would have simply just given it away.

What a poor game. I was listening to the radio at work and I was cringing. I didn't want to listen anymore, but I was still hoping for a revival. Suffice to say, It never happened.

**** that was poor. Honestly, it was the worst effort I've seen by any team all year. Tuck battled away all day, Thursfield managed to put in a respectable perfomance with the ball coming in 30 times a quarter, and that was it.

It would've been good if McMahon had less than 20 clangers today. Then we might've lost by 8 or 9 goals instead.

Since when were Riewoldt and Morton were late withdrawals?

And the plumber from Dandenong. Did as much in the first 5 minutes of the game as he did in the whole of last week's match, then did the same amount for the rest of the match.

Great effort boys.
