Rich has a knee injury so i think he has sat out most of these tests. His pace is fine

They do that and it's likely to go right up there as 1 of their biggest regrets ever, right next to trading away pick 1 and the choice of Hodge or Judd.

Hanneberry is a freak. I've been saying it all along, hugely underrated.
I know the results don't show footy smarts, decision making or ball skills, but ****ing oath that kid has talent. I think his selection as an bottom ager in the Metro team, although he lost a bit of form coming into the granny, just adds to his appeal.
Should go a lot higher than most expect.

Thanks for that. Good time by Hannebery, but surprising no one else made it under 10:30 on an athletics track, considering the good beep test times.

Don't think it was/is OP. He put strapping on his left knee in the final quarter of the TAC Cup final and only played the first few minutes. Can't recall what injury he had which made him miss the first few games of the carnival, maybe it is related somehow?

Couldnt agree more Matt.
For a bottom ager to come into a draft camp and come top ten in 3 important stages is an amazing effort.

Hi all, is there any truth in the rumour that Vic Metro will be playing 19 year old kids next year, allowing any of these guys who miss out at the draft this year another chance next year, from what i understand it is due to the age of next years draft going up to only allow 18 year olds to be picked up.

Unless it was the strictest beep test of all time..pretty average results and very suprising that the best time was 10.17 for the 3km especially considering it was on an athletics track...although it was very hot you would expect a fair bit better IMO.
