Agree. Much prefer a 19yr old developing player struggle to have an impact than a 24yr+ old knee-reco patient/hack struggle to have an impact. Surely, Rocket is just performing due diligence, checking all options. He honestly can't think we're that close to a premiership that all we need to do is add Courtney Johns to the team and success will follow. Surely?

He would want to get some runs on the board early if he was to come to us otherwise a large portion of the members would turn on him quickly.

My guess is that this is a ploy to ensure that Fremantle don't expect a 2nd rounder for Campbell.

Wouldn't have thought Rocket would be seriously contemplating it. Unless the knee reco actually improved his turning circle to become less than that of the QE II. Don't think recos actually work that way though.
