I can do a straight swap next week Krakouer>Porplyzia or Krakouer>O'Keefe.

Krakouer's breakeven is -4 so I'm trading him out without him reaching his potential but how long will guns like Porplyzia and O'Keefe be that low in price.

Is this wise?

Thinking about Robinson to Hartlett, and Hille to Kreuzer. Will be a spew if Robinson comes back in a couple weeks and carves up though.

edit: Now thinking N.Jones (yay for stupid unique picks) to Hartlett, to go with the Hille trade. Frees up ~220k to do some backline repairs next week.
 
i have just done the rich - hartlett trade.

i am now thinking a possible masterstroke..

petrenko - ryder

what do people think???


btw i would leave robo and wait for a)

his form in the vfl (if really good keep)

and b .. anthony to come in and then swap him out and make a nice profit.

You shouldn't be trading before teams are released. What happens if Hartlett does a hammy at training sometime this week? Wasted trade. Petrenk->Ryder on the back of one game isn't that smart. Is Ryder a keeper in your opinion?

You should wait a couple of weeks and see what happens with Robinson. You should probably downgrade him to a DeBoer/Anthony in the near future.

If your the same weninrome thats in my blues league then thats a shocking mistake for someone ranked in the top 200. As someone else said Harlett could go down at training this week and your left with a rookie who wont be increasing in value for a while and no rich, who may still have some inflation left in him.

Of course both trades could come off, but it's not worth the risk two days before teams are out.
 
2 Options for me this week
Option 1:
Walker --> Warren
Hille-->McIntosh/Kreuzer

Next Week
Skipworth -->Buddy

Most likely do this option this week. Also most likely get McIntosh, but I think Kangaroos will start to struggle after losing Harvey so may affect his scores?

Option 2:
Walker --> Warren
Skipworth --> Buddy

Next Week
Hille --> McIntosh

This option means i would have to play Meesen for a week against Geelong. But would mean i get another look at who to get out of Kreuzer/McIntosh

Any thoughts on Which Option and McIntosh/Kreuzer would be great?
 
I have $850,500 to spend on a midfielder and forward player thanks to injuries to Harvey and Palmer What are people's thoughts?

i have beams on the bench so "if" anything happens to hartlett i wont be missing out.

Rich is only going to cop more attention with Dalziel being out.

I will wait till friday before i make my last trade.

my options all depend on whether broughton and or raines are selected,

otherwise i will just wait another week for a suitable downgrade option for petrenko.
 
Obviously im not the only one with this problem;
I have Hille out so i need to get another ruckmen in because im not going to rely on Meeson. I have 388,000 so my options are:
Jolly 383k
Mcintosh 345k
Petrie 352k
Sandilands 324
Simmonds 308k

Im leaning towards Sandilands...Thoughts??
 
I would go Petrie or HMac out of those. Hamish is in some serious form, looks completely over the knee. Petrie should average 85 for the season, and is very durable.

Too many questions over the others.

What if hartlett and beams get injured?

You will be missing out anyway because you could be trading in a rookie who never increases in value (if he gets injured), essentially a wasted trade.

And you could also argue that Rich will probably be getting more of the ball with Dalziell out. Dalziell isn't really a tagworthy player anyway, so I don't think the situation will change much for Rich.

I reckon Thompson

Hayes is just too injury prone IMO

Boyd - well because everyone under-rates him (including me)

Corey - i have a concern over his role at half back

we will see, i am confident however i have made the best decision.
 
another thing
i have rich starting and i do not think he will get up much more in value
should i trade him out for hartlett this week or am i wrong and he will keep going up?
