Burns' guards chanting is apparently a reference to The Wizard of Oz. Apparently they chant "all we earn, we owe" although I think it sounds just like "ohh weeee ohh....weee ohhhhh"
The Otto Show is pretty good 7/10. I was leaning to 7.5/10 but I'm trying not to overrate any half-decent episode from the golden era, I'll rate them under SImpsons high standards.
I like the episode a lot still.
Otto: I guess your father is right. I am a bum
Bart: he didn't call you a bum, he called you a sponge
Otto: SPONGE!? ARrgg *punches wall* I'll show him who's a sponge!
Otto: one time he had a piece of food stuck in his face
*Patty and Selma laugh*
Otto: and it wasn't just a little bit, it was a chicken wing!
The story itself is pretty good too, seems a bit cliche having someone move in with The Simpsons but a good story about someone trying to grow up.
Bart imagining himself as a rock star (I said slag off!) was great as were Spinal Tap. "his is a rock concert, not a bleedin'...

Im guessing thats the ep where that new chick comes to school and is better than lisa - 7/10 liked the diorama bit and Bart was pretty good in this episode.

However the my favourite episode is Lisa on ice was on Channel 10 (6:00pm) Monday night just gone. Were bart and lisa play pee wee hockey absolute classic, some many greta lines

Where Homer and Marge lose custody of the kids and they are sent to the Flander's. I loved it some cracker quotes

Homer's Brain: I'm a big four-eyed lame-o. And I wear the same stupid sweater every day...
Homer: Rubbish goes in the rubbish bin......hhmmmm.........makes sense
