No one said it wasn't a poor effort. We were defending that we are heading in the right direction. And that finals are not dead yet.

I rode the downs all through the seventies but it does not stop me from being pissed off at us pissing away games against poor opposition ( Richmond, West Coast , Frematle and North) and playing like down hill skiers.
It is all too hard for them when shit sides go man on man.
They ****ing deserve the biggest roast of all time for letting this chance go by. The improvemnt counts for nothing if you can not get yourself up to win the games you simply should be winning!

Yeah. But you can understand the reactionary nature of most of the posts here. Supporting the bombers this season has been like living with bi polar. You are right though, the highs this season have made it worth going every week.

For mine Watson is our barometer. We desperately need more hard ball getters in the middle for days when he is injured/down. Shows up time and time again.
