Ping! Looks promising. Seems like a push IM service that can send to another iPhone or Touch (that's pretty good). It's free atm worth grabbing in case it takes off.

Apparently it is big on Blackberries?
 
Anyone bought FIFA 10? Want to get some reviews before spending 13 dollars on it seeing as there's no lite version

How about some best scores for Flight Control? Mine are:
classic - 47
beachside - 77
aircraft carrier - 18

Got a new Iphone (3GS) over the w/e (It's Telstra). I also have Bigpond broadband at my House.

Is it possible to connect via the Iphone/Wi-fi using the "home" broadband account? Or is this against the usage guidelines.

Yeah, it should pick up the wireless connection automatically.
 
I Phone Trouble

Have had my I Phone for a few months now, but something strange has happened in the last couple of days.

A number of people have tried to call but the phone hasn't rung and it's gone straight to voicemail, then just before I answered the phone after my girlfriend called said a hello a number of times but no answer.

She said it then just went to voicemail.

Anyone know what this problem could be?

Also, does anyone use the I Quota app to measure their call/text credit and data usage?

How do you set it up?

How do you get the iiQuota thing to work, I have tried to get it working many times but it always says there is an error?

Do you just enter your account number and password you use to log into your carrier's website?

disable the forwarding or call your phone company to change the amount of rings before it diverts.

I checked to see if call forward was off and it is, but the number of rings before it diverts has not been an issue before.

At the moment, it doesn't even ring it goes straight to voice mail and it has been doing this on/off over the last few days.

Any idea with regards to what may have caused it, Relapse?
 
Added Geared to my app collection. It's only a buck so you can't complain. It has 80 levels and the first 30 or so are rather easy, then they get harder. I hope by the time I finish level 80 the developer adds another 80 levels.

Just got another ? (thanks for the response MDC), does anyone have a good tip for a protective coating I can use for the Iphone? I hear they get scruffed up a bit.
 
I first purchased a pack of 2 from AllPhones but they weren't very good. On a mate's recommendation, and seeing his, I bought a Belkin pack-of-3 from JB HiFi. And they're brilliant.

Slowly making some progress on Doodle Jump. But so many times when I stuff up it's because I divert my eyes to check my score and then it's too late, I'm dead :rolleyes:
