Whittlesea will be boosted by the Wallan recruits, however Lalor Stars have an excellent coach who can bring out the best in players.

Div 3:
Epping
Northcote

Epping will be the big improvers, and should be easily favourites if they do not move to Div 2. Northcote have some promising types and will do well if all firing at the same time.

robbo i had a shit game ill be the first one to admit it but dont be telling me your going to focus on individual performances over team performances. At the end of the day we are a 8 to 12 goal better team. by the way let me think jai robbo practice match takes on everyone in the foward line hogs the ball like no tomorrow kicks 4 goals somehow . rnd 1 i honestly dont think i saw you hit more than 3 targets like im not trying to be mean im telling you the honest truth and all your possesions are the most soft outside player disposals as well your hard ball get count would be at zilch

hmm yeh i had a shit game like i said before but your long girly hair mustve got in your eyes cause i still did get 15-20 posses and i actually hit tagerts unlike you mate preety sure you ran around me twice and i can tell you what happend both times you kicked it straight out on the full and you bombed it in to your forward line to no one straight to us. mate if you cared more about your team performances more than your own south morang might win a few more game than there going to in 2010.
