No harm in putting someone like Hodge or Barlow VC in case they do throw up a 150. Most of the better DT players are playing in the second week anyway.

Lol, I can see with my luck that McNeil will be a late inclusion that week and score 20.

theres a way to get rid of your captain choice it was posted on here not that long ago.. theres every chance you will have playing emergencies in the midfield which is where you would most likely want your captain choice
the loop hole also allows you to put a bench player on the field whos playng in the first week and if they are to fluke a big score eg rockliff last week you could leave them on the field without starting a sylvia/hall type player..
You'll have to excuse me, i've got the flu. I actually meant Mitchell ClarkDropped. He's played WAFL when dropped and no ongoing injury concerns as far as we know.
Avoid if you can, his job security is not too flash.
What about Sylvia (who wont play)
Im going to give it a go
VC to Barlow or Hodge and than Captain to Ablett. If Hodge or Bartel gun it 115+ than i will take that and swap Sylvia onto the field and have Ablett as my emergency is this still possible.

Anyone know why he missed rounds 4, 7 and 8?

do you even have any idea when the split round is :S
sylvia has even been cleared to train on friday for his game on monday in the round prior to the split round...
Hey guys Help would be nice
I've got 255k and 6 trades left.
I want to upgrade Trengove but to who? It's either out of Chappy, Lenny, Jimmy bartel and Juddy. Or should I save some money and go Stanton or Selwood?
Also Should I trade Maguire? On the bench atm I've got Hargrave and... Presti![]()
I would go for either Lenny or Bartel, Chappy is too risky and with only 5 trades left you may need them elsewhere.Hey guys Help would be nice

Normally I would say option one since Franklin has been pretty average with how many games he has missed but Medhurst has a high BE of 80 odd and Franklin's is about 100 so he will only drop a bit you would expect (but he is playing Adelaide and down at Tassie which is a great ground for DT scores he might make that).Who should i upgrade first?
Naitanui > Sandilands
or
Medhurst > Franklin
When Franklin isnt off getting suspended hes consistently pulling out 90ish, so i think he'd be a good semi-unique choice

Trading Maguire is really up to you, some players take a while to recover from this injury and it may not heal right (Chris Knights) and others can be quicker to return.
Say you decide to offload him you could go
Trengove> Hayes
Following week if prices change as expected according to FF Genie
Maguire > Carrazzo with $1,700 but you would need Carrazzo to score his average and no not much higher for that to work.
What do people think about Jarrad Waite at his current price as a possible forward/back option (his BE is only 54 this week)? I realise he has MRP issues most weeks (!) but I’m hoping he will learn his lesson. He just might have that x-factor and uniqueness that makes him a decent pickup. Should someone be talking me out of this move?
I realise I am a Carlton fan and should know more about Waite than other supporters, but on the flipside my bias might be colouring my judgement…
My general rule has been to not pick players with a bad record.
I will continue to avoid players like Waite, Buddy and Brennan because of this.
Anyone know much about Sandi's missed games over the years? At the start of the year i deliberately stayed away from him because of his history (that's worked well). Now with Hille down, i'm becoming weak in my stance and considering bringing him in.
He has also been down on his output as well so there seems to be a number of other (more unique) options. I'm really not sure if i've over thought this but seeing he is so popular it would now be in my interest to go unique and hope he misses his 2-4 games over the next 11.
Thoughts?
