Nah, not really, occassionally when I'm extremely bored or FB chat won't work, but I might use it a little bit more now because of this..

What's everyone's video app of choice?

I have the default player and VLC. Neither can do all of these three things:
- play most/any formats
- fill the screen with a double-tap
- lock in landscape mode

Also, what about a good picture app? Like one where you can label the filenames, rotate pics, an app that can actually do stuff, unlike the crappy default app?

^^^ I downloaded CineXPlayer v1.6.1 and OPlayer Lite v1.27.

Really like CineXPlayer. Can lock in landscape mode and go full screen with a double tap. Does not support AC3 audio yet, but v2.0 is coming soon, so I'm expecting some exciting developments. I haven't had any problems with it so far.

CineXPlayer is currently half-price.

I'm a noob with the iphone and want to know if there is a way to find out if apps cost to use them, and is there a way to lock out the paying apps or at least know if it's going to cost.
