Plus they have high hopes for Tarrant and Aaron Black. And since they're not in a premiership window at the moment I can't see them bringing in Lynch as a quick fix.

I heard over the weekend that a couple of Melbourne clubs were interested in Lynch and had been sounding him out. My guesses (and they're no more than that) were Carlton and Bulldogs, as teams that might see Lynch as a fit in their forward line.

No doubt teams would find him useful..for a couple of games.

Kangas in all certainty won't take Lynch but thats not to say we can't trade Lynch to GC for Krak if they take him.... Saying that they could take Lynch for free if he is uncontracted.

GC take Krakouer
We trade our concession pick that we get for Lynch (prolly 3rd rounder) to GC for Krak

Just heard from a Norf board mod that the big Q could be a target for the Roos. Not sure how factual but how would this work.

What i would hope is:

Lynch to North
Hale to GC (they need a ruckmen)
A.Krakouer to WCE

There may need to be a draft pick or two thrown about but this would be a top notch trade.

Is there any other value from Kangas that they would let go.

Also Heppell had another great game on the w/e my pick for pick 4.
I hope GC take him and we get Bennell but i heard that GC have already stitched up Bennell with pick 2.

Is this like the BS of the supposed Wells trade? Without knowing for certain, that would be my first guess.

A hypothetical mentioned on BF is not a rumour from among football circles. It's meaning BS. We need different threads to separate BF hypotheticals from the somewhat more reliable rumours which hit the newspapers.

In the right envireonment big Q is very handy.Look at Leigh Brown at Collingwood.I rate big Q better that Leigh Brown though and Brown is serving his role very well at the pies.
It all depends on a clubs needs and wants at a particular time.

Haha...I'd take that deal in a heart beat. Krakouer will be a very wanted man after this season though so will be hard to stitch up I think.

He won't be delisted but his daughter lives in Perth and he would like to go back. You can't trade him onto the rookie list but I suspect we would be amiable enough to trade him for your last draft pick.

That may or may not be true, it's unverifiable either way. Posting a hypothetical on BF in the hope of it gaining some traction and credibility just clogs this board with needless shit, hence my call for the creation of different threads during the silly season.
One thread could be called hypotheticals, which will deal in fantasy trades. The other, rumours, for the more publicly known, likely and credible trade deals.
The Mods can then do their thing and sort out which is which if posters choose to post in the wrong thread and try to give credibility to something that has come from their own imagination.

WCE Trade- Lynch + 3rd rnd pick (#45) to North for Black and 2nd round pick (#35).
WCE Trade- Pick #35 to GC for Krackour.

We get A.Krack, A.Black
We Lose Q.Lynch & Pick 45.

For those who dont think Lynch is worth that just remember his stats.
Premiership FF, top 5 in WCE B&F, Near AA selection, 164 games, 220 Goals, Pinch hitting Ruckman.

A.Black- 0 games, 0 goals. Drafted at Number 25.
He would still need 2 years of developement before being a starter, We have a couple of options and we wouldnt need to rush him.

That deal would be akin to Norf being having an unpleasant conversation with every WC player, coach, staff member and fan, without structured dialogue.

North would have to take a downgrade in player and in draft pick. Black's potential hasn't been taken into account, nor has the need for a player, in this case Lynch, that won't be around for Norf's next tilt.

If Norf wants a spud, they should just re-sign Aaron Edwards.

Where is the link to this mod who said this rumour? All I could find on the North board is YOU telling NORTH that you heard a rumour...

the fact that GC can pick him just to trade him is ridiculous. Saying that i think he is WCE bound and am happy with that as long as it doesn't involve picks 4,26,28...

BadSeed not that i give too much what you think but my brother is a North board mod he hears something involving west coast and passes it on to me as simply a rumour which is what i posted the thread as. what do you think a rumour is. Please read where i said this is an unlikely scenario.
