Apologies for any inconvenience. We will try to find a replacement.
If we're creative we can still get both Sherman and Walker.
I just wish we would get one of them (Sherman preferably) locked away. Give it up Swans, you lose.
Very worried about an as yet unaddressed issue. We are chasing speedy mids (Sherman, Walker), a possible small back to replace Harbrow (Puopolo? sp?), and have netted a small forward/pressure player (Vez) with another potentially on the cards (Djerkurra). What we haven't addressed at all as far as I can see is key backs. We have Lake, Williams and...things get pretty thin after those two. Markovic? Boumann? Who are we grooming to be Lakes replacement? I might be missing something here, and would be mighty glad for someone to correct me, but if one of those two get injured (which is very possible, given Lakes dodgy hip and Tampon Tom being so nicknamed), and with the loss of Tiller and Everitt further weakening our back up stocks, who do we have, and who can/should we chase?

Can anyone help me with the ages of our list?
Apart from the type of players we are targeting with speed etc are we also filling a hole in our list in terms of the age group of players we are trading in?
Can anyone in the know tell us whether Sherman and Walker are both on our radar, or should we only be expecting one or the other?
We can only afford one of them. Can anyone in the know tell us whether Sherman and Walker are both on our radar, or should we only be expecting one or the other?
http://www.afl.com.au/news/newsarticle/tabid/208/newsid/103959/default.aspxJUSTIN Sherman's determination to get to the Western Bulldogs may be thwarted by the fact the Brisbane Lions think they can get a better deal elsewhere.
The Bulldogs have offered the Lions the end-of-first-round selection they received as compensation for losing Jarrod Harbrow to Gold Coast - which is expected to be pick 28 or 29 should it be used in next month's NAB AFL Draft.

"So our position is if he doesn't go to Sydney, then he'll come back to Brisbane." [Lions national talent manager Rob Kerr]
"He's saying that if he can't get to the Bulldogs then he will stay with us."
WTF is wrong with Brisbane?
Sherman has said he wants to come to us. The pick we have offered is only a couple of spots worse than the Swans (21 to 29).
