Honestly none of the photos matter, if there was a photo of Riewoldt and Dal Santo engaged in some consensual sodomy, it would not matter. It only matters if the photos were taking by a 16 yr old girl. And I think it's safe at this point to assume this girl is nothing but an attention seeking girl out for revenge and knows that these photos will hurt the club because we live in a sensationalist 'think of the children' world.

Fair enough, so then futhermore even if these photos were taken by her (doubtful) then it has all ready been set that in that period she was effectively 18 in the laws eyes so regardless of what happens its a non story.

It's basically been confirmed it was taken in Delano hotel, Miami. So reporting the shots were taken by Gilbert would be right, but it should be written that the girl (we can't say her name right?) claims different.
