Agree 100%. Was probably our best in the last quarter of a final like that. He has ALWAYS loved the contest and he has always had lots of self-belief ... it showed!

Umpires were noticeable in the first half , crazy amount of free kicks but most were there i thought. Carlton probably got the better of it in that first half if anything. In the end it was decided by the players not umpires. Excellent game, both teams were pretty brave .

West Coast deserved the win imo got nothing against the blues, but if your 4 goals down with 7 minutes to go a lot has to go your way. Therefore umpiring didn't cost them that game.

You can understand teams being slightly reluctant to draft him with their single first round draft pick if various of the stories were true, but what the heck were the Gold Coast Suns thinking? I mean they had about 10 picks and didn't choose him, he'd already be there best forward ...
