No, but come to think of it, that old Brisbane Bears song might actually have been to the tune of "Glory glory Hallelujah". Sounded similar.

North Melbourne is "A Wee Doch-An-Doris"

And yeah, I hope GWS use "When Johnny Comes Marching Home." If it's recorded with enough pomp and gusto, it'll be one of the most intimidating songs in the league.

I like that, although I struggled to fit the syllables of the lyrics you gave into the original tune. I hope they dont try to fudge it. If they're going to use the tune the should do it properly.

I think that tune has the perfect amount of familiarity because it's a common tune but those proposed lyrics are juvenile.
Very simple and shallow.

An idea worth developing though
