Would Buckley really need to be here for a trade to be done? Didn't St Kilda complete a trade last week coachless. I'm sure Bucks will be contacted when a trade is been negotiated.

I think we will try to get a pick upgrade for offloading J-Mac. If someone offered their pick 61 for him and our pick 62 i rekn we'd take it. moving up one pick in the draft aint much.... but it beats delisting him for nothing!

Of course she was, and well now she looks like an anorexic freak, so that doesn't help.

As for trades, McCarthy is the main one, I can't see Caff being traded, I think he'll either re sign with us or walk out on us now, I just don't see anyone giving us anything of real worth for him, although the club may cave and accept a 3rd round DP for him if the deadline is close and he tells them he wants out.

McCarthy for a 3rd round pick would be a bonus IMO, that's the one I'm hoping gets done tomorrow.

Surprise trades? Unlikely. In fact I wouldn't be surprised if we didn't do any trades tomorrow. McCarthy is an obvious choice, Macaffer wouldn't be a shock, any fringe players nobody would care about.

Some action would be nice. When you follow the trade Week brodcast each day and hear nothing about Collingwood, then life is dull and predictable, which is not the best way for life to be in my opinion. How about we swap O'Halpin for Macaffer wiith a Carlton pick to be sent our way as well. The guy is a spud but what the hell! I don't know that I really want this to happen but Trade week is the penultimate piece of entertainment on the footy calendar, and as a spectacle, it is about as exciting as Terry Wallace is capable of making it sound.

why on earth would we trade for fev when u can pick him up for ur last pick in the rookie draft...

On trades hopefully we pick up a ruckmen like seaby/mcintosh as a suprise move similair to jolly a few years ago.

Guess the Pearce move was a lie? wouldnt mind seeing it happen.

My best bet would be Macaffer+McCarthy+????? for Seaby from swans. He comes for more oppotunity and wont demand much as his been playing for the swans 2nds for quiet a while due to mumford.

I'd say that our only trades today may be offloading JMac and (hopefully not) Macaffer.

I know there was talk that North were interested in McCarthy but don't expect anything for him. Possibly a Davies type trade.

I know the paper said that all victorian clubs werent interested but id rather hear it from the horses mouth so its stops the speculation.
