I'm not sure there's too many places that will show it in public. Hanoi isn't extremely western friendly. However if you head to the old quarter this is your best chance.

Also most hotels have the 'Australian channel'. This may be a better option for finding the match than trying to find a pub.

OTP, Contact the Vietnam Swans at www.vietnamswans.com/ which is an expat Aussie Rules club with members in Hanoi and HCMC. I caught up with them about three years ago and had a great time. If you still of an age where your legs can hold up you can also kick the Sherrin against other Asian teams!
