My squad does not look too far away compared to both of yours.

Currently No. 1 in my Leauge by one point however it is close in the top with only 4 points separating 1st & 4th.

If only I didn't drop the last two games I would have broken clear.

Oh well, time to reload & conserve trades & attack the back half of this comp.

Yeah, that's right. My team should jump into the top ten after this week, so long as Spurs win against Wolves. I'm pretty sure the top team will get knocked out of 1st place.

Who'd have thought that Assou-Ekotto would be the highest-scoring player for the round? (the round's not finished yet, but he probably will be)

Is Ramires worth the trade? My funds are not great!

All the best mids cost a lot of coin at the moment, so there's not a lot of options if you're down on cash. Ramires or Lampard would surely be an upgrade on Ramsey.

Yaya out this week (and maybe next?) and Adebayor is also out as under loan contract he cant play at Man City!!

Tempted to go Yaya to Lamps as he has good run fixtures and can go quite large, but also could just spud up!!

Much like SuperCoach I realise I will have to pull the handbrake soon on all trade activity if I want to be competitive in the last 8 weeks.

My plan is to hit week 30 with 10 Trades left
not sure if it will pan out but thats the game plan

Really warming to Ramires trade idea, think he has the X-factor.

I would make the trades because you're more likely to lose points by leaving injured mids on the bench when you could get in two good replacements. Dempsey and Lennon would be good to get in. Both have easy games this week. Actually, I almost suggested you get Dempsey last week, then he chalked up 38 points.

Yep, 5th overall is a decent effort, but it has cost me a lot of trades getting there. I almost made VDV captain instead of Bale because Bale went into the game with injury concerns. I think Dempsey's a good pick-up. I would rather have him than Mata in my side, as Dempsey has pulled out some huge scores; he's just inconsistent.

Yeah, RVP was gold for a while. The Sun website says that he might be rested for this weekend's game vs Blackburn. I was seriously thinking about trading him in before I read that.

I have six trades left and am no hope of winning, plus with Bale, VDV, Rooney, Silva, Aguero, Richards, Valencia all missing games my ranking is plummeting. It's double gameweek for Liverpool & Everton, isn't it? I can't spare the trades anyway.

The team coming in 2nd place overall has nothing but Man U players. Interesting strat, because if Man U keeps winning he'll take it out.

The thing I like most about this comp is that there's only 3 months between seasons. With DT/SC you have to wait more than half a year.

I think I`ve pulled the right rein with Silva, but sadly I did have the finger poised over Cisse and went Ba !!!!!
