I don't think the result will be as bad as many of you think. I am sure North will win, but it might only be 3-4 goals.
Based on what?
Our key forward who has been the only forward capable of kicking a regular bag is out for the season
Our best ruck is out for 3 weeks
Its at Etihad, which we can't play
It's against North, who we haven't beaten for what, 6 years?
We're in diabolic form
We're returning from Darwin
North are up and about
Didn't I mention we're shit and haven't beaten North for about 6 years?

You haven't beaten us for six years and Saturday won't change that. I said it would be closer than people think, not that you'd win.
Re key forward - you can still kick a competitive total with a forward line less reliant on your one gun key forward - dogs beat us at etihad ealrier in the year doing just that.
You'll probably get smashed in the ruck, but Martin started really well against Goldy last year if memory serves (Jamar was also out that game) - he just needs to go on with it. Goldy has had a massie few weeks playing one out in the ruck, he is due for a poor one.
Yeah, you're pretty crap (crapper) at Etihad, but that should be all the motivation you need to be competitive in this one.
Form can change quickly.
I heard Brad Green say last night on SEN that it was the driest conditions he'd played in in Darwin and that humidity wasn't a factor.
We are up and about, in the best form under Scott, playing awesome footy. We have been up for 6 weeks now and are due to play below expecations.
Have faith Dee's fans. LIFT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (and come to the game)

I
I'm with the dude on this one. I think North will win but it'll be much closer than everyone's expecting.
Sure we're missing a big key forward but games can be won in other ways.
I think Stef will have a big one in the ruck. Unfortunately, with my changes below, it means Sellar goes forward. I wouldn't mind seeing him play the number 1 ruck role for the rest of the year, but think Goldstein would destroy him this weekend.
Etihad, sure we've been shit as, but if it wasn't for a crappy last quarter the last time we were there we'd be coming off a win.
I didn't think we we're that bad last week, the forwards let us down with their kicking, but can't see it being that bad again.
I also think the whole team's been given a kick in the nutsack today by Neeld coming out and saying we'll be up to our ears in trade week. Regardless of who's on the table we'll go after who we want. For any player in this team that thought they could roll on through 2012, the shit just got real! 6 games to go to make a name for yourself and keep your career in AFL football.
We've hit the Roos in some serious form unfortunately, so I think North by 11 points, and another heartbreaking loss.
Changes
In: Watts, Gysberts, McKenzie, Sellar
Out: MacDonald, Spencer, Magner, Petterd
Sorry, and no offence, but I stopped reading here

I didn't think we were that bad either. Dominated play but couldn't score.
We will still lose by 100+ this week.
I thought our skills were atrocious, our decision making was terrible, we played dumb football
We gave them easy goals they should've never scored
We could've capitalised if we had a forward target, or actually delivered the ball properly (instead of bombing it high, allowing port defenders to repel every time)
Was perhaps the worst game of football I've seen in a very very long time
From the 20 or so minutes I saw of our last VFL game (2 weeks ago v Bendigo) Gysberts was clearly our best player. Small sample size of course, but seriously, get him in the ****ing side already.I wanna see Gyszzzibbsurts soon, disappoints me greatly that his VFL form hasn't been sensational.
