just means the saints have moved into contention bc of the picks. Endf of the day, if North want him that bad they will do a deal. Just like any other club who wants a player.
 
Blues offering GC pick 11 + a player for Caddy.

Geelong waiting for Josh to choose a club before working to satisfy GC's trade demands. Balme says they're going to assist Josh to return home, as long as the trade is fair (in their eyes).

Unless he nominates North, he will be going elsewhere.

So Theo X big scoop about Carlton and they hadn't even talked to Caddy's manager. ****ing brilliant call Ox, should be renamed The Goose.
 
Is it too late to have a small statue of Caddy's granddad erected in the Aegis Park foyer?
 
levi and pedo have told the club they would like to be traded for more opportunities could one of them be apart of the deal?

We're a young squad going forward, Geelong still will have some old stars trickling out ...... We have less. The kid has an emotional attachment to us as well. I dare to dream this favours us , with a higher than average chance he'll develop longer friendships with a bigger core group with us are intangible things that could sway us a a better choice...........where does his old man live?? He's sick yeah ? and Josh was leaning last year at Essendon......which makes me think that this is closest to where his father lives. We are the next best choice geographically if this is the case. Its not that easy for him just to relocate down geelong way.

There are a few other clubs based on that criteria.

However, there is only ONE club based upon the criteria that they are an inner city club with two previous generations belonging to Caddy.

St Kilda would have to offer him 400+ grand to trump us.

then we have a challenging time...trying to sell geelong style salaries to these potential superstars. It'll be a tough task to do.

yes but clubs have to show interest first. saints have shown interest and have a better pick, hence they are in contention.
 
Afl.com.au has stated that only 3 clubs are seriously in the hunt for Josh Caddy. Those clubs are St Kilda, Geelong and North Melbourne
